ABOUT SANILLÉS
Sanillés is an Eco-Living project in an ideal setting in the Spanish Pyrenees,
boasting a Mediterranean climate averaging 300 days of sunshine per year.
At an altitude of 3500 feet summer is never too hot and winter provides plenty of
skiing.
We are just 2 hours from Barcelona and on the doorstep of Andorra and the French
border. Only one mile from the village and main road, Sanillés is a place with
exceptional attributes and we feel privileged to be its custodians for the time

Sanillés has a neo-Georgian main building that was a 39 bedroomed hotel of 2500 square metres
with other buildings close-by totals 750 square metres. The park extends to 35 acres of mostly wooded land with
a mountain river, thermal springs and a bore-hole yielding 12,000 litres/hour
of "minero-medicinal" thermal water. We keep the swimming pool temperature at 90F at weekends.

We have well developed organic vegetable gardens
and 66 solar panels with huge hot water storage tanks for underfloor heating and

Some parts of the Sanillés complex
have been rebuilt, and some good accommodation exists on the first floor.
Sharing in Sanillés means participators may buy their own living space according to their needs and means.
Some participators will live permanently at Sanillés and some may come for a
few months or weeks in the year letting out their private living space to generate
income when they are not there. Some may invest in a share of the whole property and
others in just to their private living space once the first stage of development is
completed. There will
be guest rooms for hotel visitors and the thermal spa treatment
centre will also give a return on capital to participators.
The management of the spa, the (existing) restaurant
and the hotel will be concessioned to specialists, thus partipators will not be
investing in a risk business, but in an exceptional property joint venture.
