Our menu has an emphasis on fresh fish and a selection of vegetarian dishes. We also cater for more elaborate meals by prior arrangement.

We plan our restaurant meals and recipes with care and thought to include the most healthy ingredients and food combinations available. We do not use poor quality oils and half-fats that are often used in conventional restaurants.

We have a small intensive kitchen garden, that supplies our restaurant with seasonal salads and other organic fruits and vegetables. Each year we aim to expand the range and quantity we grow. Read more on Sanillés organic gardens.

We are always looking for, and would love to hear from, growers and suppliers of bio-dynamic, organic or biological fruits and vegetables.
