INVESTMENT

We are in the process of forming a Consortium of investors to take forward the development of Sanilles. The main buildings will be transformed and upgraded to become the nucleus of a Campus and Conference Centre focussing on Health Education.

Sanillés is ideally situated. We enjoy Mediterranean sunshine and clean mountain air. The wooded park and sheltered terraces face south with magnificent views across the valley to a snow-clad Sierra.

The project could be financed within the normal commercial parameters, but it is our preferred option to combine forces with other individuals eager to form a community of property co-owners, who share our objectives and aspirations.

Capital invested will be underwritten by the value of the property itself, which will increase substantially once developed and functioning and so realising an enormous latent potential value.

We are selecting partners and collaborators who wish to be involved in various aspects of the project. As well as financiers we need professionals and specialists in architecture and sustainable construction, interior and landscape design. We shall also welcome as part of the consortium teachers, research workers, as well as therapeutic and medical practitioners.

Investors who have experience and skills appropriate to the running of the Centre may become remunerated on a part or full time basis in due course. Some of the apartments may be bought by members of the consortium either as their home or as an additional investment which they may use periodically.

Members with construction and other practical skills will reduce the external costs of renovation and maintenance, and thus the financial charges to be carried forward.

We suggest that potential participators should visit Sanilles to experience the special qualities of the place which photographs and words cannot adequately portray.
