Welcome to Sanillés
At Sanillés we are greatly indebted to the many volunteers who live and work with us at
Sanillés. We usually have a group of 4 to 6 helpers at any one time.
In general, volunteers contact us through the English based Willing Workers on Organic
Farms (Wwoof) or the Australia based Involment Volunteers Association Inc (IVI). We were also
Wwoof Hosts at Springhill Farm, near Oxford for a number of years.
What is expected of volunteers?
We accept volunteers for a minimum of 2 weeks but give preference for those with the interest for longer stays.
Volunteers are expected to work 5 days a week alongside us and other staff. Our working
language is Spanish so we give preference those already learning the language.
What can volunteers expect?
In exchange for their work volunteers can expect accommodation, good wholesome food
and a friendly extended family environment. Among other things volunteers have the
opportunity to learn and improve a variety of skills, experience another culture,
get plenty of practice in Spanish and
enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Sanillés and the local region.
